I suggest don’t even fight it and give Acosta the Helen Thomas treatment at all future press conferences. See how long it takes before CNN gets the hint that their reporter is never going to get to ask a question again at one unless they replace him with one who knows how to behave.

NO it would be a horrible precedent (if the judge rules for CNN) which should be fought to the Supreme Court.... but let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

The "Helen Thomas treatment" was that the press corps always gave her the honor of asking the first question.
