Hmmm... the estranged wife says it wasn’t her got beat up. Now this Mediaite story says that TMZ is reporting “a woman” filed a DV complaint against Avenatti.

I think he and his wife have been separated for a year or more, undergoing an ugly divorce. Some articles have referred to this other woman as someone else who had been living with Avenatti. Supposedly he “kicked her out” of the abode last night..... so to speak.
