Well, if they can discriminate against smokers by charging higher premiums, then they should likewise do it for any risky behaviour that could be a detriment to health like drinking or buttsecks.

I don't drink, I don't smoke tobacco, I don't smoke marijuana or use illegal drugs, I don't own firearms, I am healthy, happy, and sane.
Answer otherwise at your peril. You may be moved from category 'A' to category 'B' depending on how you answer, e.g. diagnosed bipolar with guns in the house.
