A Leon County circuit judge ruled Tuesday that the recount of midterm votes in Palm Beach County, Fla., will be extended to Nov. 20, five days after the initial deadline.
The order will extend recounts for a U.S. Senate race between incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Gov. Rick Scott (R), as well as the gubernatorial race between former Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D).
The Florida recount, which is taking place in Palm Beach and Broward counties, has become contentious, with all sides accusing each other of dishonorable behavior.

If Gore had won we still wouldnt have guys getting killed in Afghanistan 17 years later.
Gore’d be trying to arrest them one at a time, after each attack.
SOS needs to follow Florida law and certify results however the law states.
The much maligned Katherine Harris did just that in 2000 and others were forced to sue around it. She was on solid legal ground and she never suffered any legal consequences.

So, a circuit judge can pick and choose whether the Florida Constitution is followed?
Addendum: Rewards those who broke the Constitution in the first place and helps them keep breaking the laws...kind of like telling cops to leave the bank robber alone for a few weeks so he can hide better.
Democrap judges ignoring the law!
So the dems get to make up election law as they try to steal an election.

Awesome. Can you access by Broward precincts, as well.
Have you read what happened to Matt Caldwell’s race for Agr. Comm?
Agr. Comm. in FL issues CCW Permits, this race IS important.
From the article Pallets of Ballots- (Rep. Matt Gaetzs stunt) at BSOE office.
“Caldwells campaign pointed out that on Election night with over 98% of precincts reporting statewide, his lead was over 42,000 votes, with fewer than five precincts remaining to report from Broward County.
The five largest precincts have a combined total of 33,000 registered voters, making it mathematically impossible for Fried to win the election, even if every registered voter cast a ballot and she won every single vote cast in the remaining open precincts.”
