Possibly Outside of a few obvious candidates ( moslem terrorists, etc) this has to be the most evil person on earth today, imho. And he does more damage to more innocent people and nations than anyone. For years and years. The entire world is his playground and nobody does anything to put an end to it.
He’s 88 and when he goes it’s safe to assume his kids will continue doing the same thing.
