The judge acknowledged that the ruling comes as there are “many hotly contested and highly publicized elections issues across the state” but ultimately ruled that this particularly “small portion of the outstanding absentee ballots” should be counted.

Who in the world gets their birth date wrong in the 1st place?
If a ballot is filled out by someone who doesn’t know their own birth date then the chances are 100% the ballot is a fraud being filled out by someone other than the person who’s name it’s for.
Does this judge have any critical thinking skills at all or is she a leftist?
I thought you had to be 18? to vote. So, I guess it’s assumed the person was of voting age.

I vote at a church in a western suburb of Minneapolis. Usually they open the book, find your name and put a check mark indicating you voted. This year they had small computer screens and they asked your name, looked it up and then asked for your birthday. I will bet that if I didn’t know my own birth date I would have gotten the boot.....unless I was a somalian in which case asking such a personal question would be rayciss.
We are required to show drivers license where I vote in Florida, don’t you?
The State of Ga should be appealing all these ruling. These are Judges way out of control. You don’t get to overturn the law just because your side lost an election.

This judge is a racist. He’s saying that minorities don’t even have the mental capacity to remember their birthdate much less who their baddy daddy is.
