.....if you’re not registered you get a provisional ballot....Period!
This is nothing new and is a safeguard ( or use to be) against illegals, et al voting

If you are not registered why do you get any ballot? I’ll tell you why, Demonicrats have demanded “every vote must count” and to appease them legislatures came up with this “Provisional” non-sense. The Demons know that this leads to chaos, thats the whole point. If you can’t get your dumb ass out to register, you don’t deserve to vote. If circumstances preclude you from registering for one election, too bad so sad.
