AM I reading this correctly? Did roughly 10,000 votes appear out of nowhere on St.Johns Island,just south of Charleston off route 17 and over 200 precinct works failed to show up in the region?

Well I hope to hell the DHS and NSA have a good handle on the situation. Those obvious "irregularity" precincts should have all their counts thrown out as junk.
