Secondly, one big reason the GOPe (especially) won’t fight back is they fear to death being called a racist or a bigot or a sexist by the drivebys.
You definitely saw this with Obama.
They just wouldn’t take him on.
But I have some common sense news for them. The drivebys already consider you a racist simply BECAUSE you are a Republican.
So don’t deny you’re a racist or bigot or sexist because the media said so it some lame-ass story, but be like Trump and point out the FAKE NEWS and lies—attack them BACK. Don’t answer the charge with a long press release or statement about how you were raised by your sweet, loving Momma to support civil rights and all that. Deny and accuse THEM of using a bogus and harmful race card and make THAT the issue.
Why?
Because calling someone a racist, a bigot, a sexist, a supremacist or hateful is today’s Scarlet Letter; the worst thing you can call someone in the eyes of the Millennials and THAT charge needs to be STRONGLY challenged as extremely BIASED.
