If there is no “clear controlling authority” why do we even have “provisional ballots”? If you can’t get your dumb ass out and register properly this country doesn’t need your vote. Or if circumstances such as a move prevent you from registering too bad, you could have voted absentee where you are previously registered legally. Provisional ballots are just one leftist monkey wrench thrown in to an already chaotic situation.
Suuure it was just a mistake.
You can see why the democrats are fighting so hard against voter Photo ID. They cannot pull this nonsense once photo ID is law. Contact your senators and congressmen.
The GOP has had 18 years - 18! - to clean up the "no controlling legal authority" canard, and yet, we are getting a repeat of that BS. The Democrats must laugh every time they look across the aisle at the GOP - it's a bunch of Biffs vs. a bunch of George McFlys.
It says some of the more than 600 provisional ballots were invalid due to “previous voting”.
Each of those needs a fraud investigation.
