BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. - A judge ordered Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes to allow immediate inspection of voter records during an emergency hearing Friday.
The court was asked to intervene in the tight U.S. Senate race between Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson and Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott as the two sides prepare for a possible recount.
Judge Carol-Lisa Phillip said Snipes must allow inspections on or before 7 p.m. Friday evening. Phillips found that Snipes violated that law by failing to turn over the information to attorneys for Scott's Senate campaign and the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
Lawyers for Snipes argued that requiring such a swift response would interfere with ongoing efforts to finish counting Broward County ballots. But lawyers for Scott contended the information is already required to be collected under state law and should take minutes to provide

This did nothing. Snipes basically told the court to go to hell.
Gov. Scott needs to immediately suspend the supervisors of elections in Broward/ Palm Beach counties. This would allow the FL Sec of State to take control. The Gov/Trump should ask the DOJ,FBI to come in and investigate voting irregularities in a federal election in both counties.
Notice all the new votes that have been discovered seem to raise up Nelson count but not Scott. Where were the ballots all this time? At various house being scrubbed of Scott votes. All ballots that come in after the dead line which was 30 min after the polls closed should be invalid. Miami Dade county had no problem getting their information in the required time and they had more ballots than Broward. It takes time to scrub the ballot boxes in Nelson favor. Since these ballots have been missing all this time how do we know what they are counting are the originals????
Via google maps I can Snipes office is in a strip mall???? !!! in the black part of Broward...plus you see who works there....nearly all black staff. ITS A SCAM!

The reason it is taking SNIPES and CREW so LONG to count the ballots is that they go through the late mail-in ballots and only count the ones that are for the DEMS.

I am posting two days after your comment. Scott hasn’t done a dam thing. No one has done a dam thing. They are afraid of Snipes and her backers. She refuses to provide vote totals until she knows how many votes to produce. She refuses court orders. She has private security. Feds will do nothing. Florida and Arizona are being stolen and no one will lift a finger to help. Trump is a fighter but the Reps are little talk and no action.
