Well, Gov. Rick Scotts legal action against the shoddy ballot counting antics in two of the most liberal counties in the state seems to have clinched its first win: A Florida judge ruled that Broward County, the largest Democratic county in the state, was in violation of state law, and that Brenda Snipes, the countys elections supervisor, was in violation of open records act. Ms. Snipes was not giving regular updates on how many outstanding ballots were left. She was just dumping vote counts in the late hours, which has chipped away at Scotts lead, but the secrecy and the timing was suspect. Why is Broward taking so long? Hurricane Michael-ravaged counties have been able to count their ballots on time. Now, she must comply with records inspections by 7 P.M.
Scott's lawsuit prevails. As was abundantly obvious, Broward County is in violation of the law. https://t.co/3Ou9FiEWFs Charles C. W. Cooke (@charlescwcooke) November 9, 2018

AWOL???????????
Bump!
I KNOW people very close to the Rick Scott campaign. They knew how close it would be. They ran, “What if” scenarios about the outcome. It was suggested to Scott to have a team prepared to file 1 hour after polls closed, if certain counties wouldn’t post final counts etc. as required by FL law. He wouldn’t ok it.
As Governor, he could have gotten rid of Snipes, and the sherriff. He chose not to.
As a candidate, he could have been prepared for “worst case,” and chose not to. Stopped it immediately. But nope, they’ve been adding votes for days. He finally filed Thursday night. Thursday night. Not Tuesday night. Not emergency filing Tuesday night at 8:05 p.m. get a judge out of bed thing. He could have done that.
That’s the truth, the party knows it, and we’re pulling out hair out.
She is removing pro GOP votes and replacing them to fabricate illegal votes. But she cannot time is so the count of ballots cast slowly climbs. So, she is simply not reporting and the cast ballots number goes up and down.
It is voter fraud. It is multi part strategy. They believe nobody will catch them, they never have before. We must make it stick this time.
Exactly.
Well, OK, that’s step one.
It remains to be seen if Scott and the GOP have the stones to do what actually must be done - throw out hundreds of thousands of votes (because Broward has made it impossible to tell which ones are real).
Prior queen.
She is replaced with Benda Snipes. (prior accomplice)
Problem?
You cannot recount a packed ballot box. It is mixed with illegal votes.
Democracy is the problem.
19 Florida Counties, including Palm Beach, use the Dominion Voting Systems, Inc.
48 Florida Counties, including Broward, use the Election Systems & Software, LLC

Why are Palm Beach and Broward Counties having problems counting votes when the other 65 Florida Counties using the same voting systems are not having an issue?
Palm Beach
Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. Sequoia voting system is a blended-based voting system that has a paper-based system with an element for compliance with HAVA provisions for accessibility voting using a DRE touchscreen. The voting system consists of an election management system (EMS) the WinEDS; an optical scan precinct count tabulatorthe Insight Plus (Insight); and an optical scan central count tabulator - the AVC 400C. The Insight tabulator is a scanner for use with marksense paper ballots. This tabulator can transmit the tabulated results from the precinct to the EMS server using an analog modem. The Optech 400-C tabulator is a high-speed scanner for use with marksense paper ballots. The EDGE is a precinct-count DRE touchsceen tabulator which, with the audio and visual-accessible voting functionality (AVC EDGE Audio Component) [Figure 3] enables a voter to cast an electronic paperless ballot using a computer screen for visual voting and/or audio voting with tactile interfaces using a keypad and connection to ear phones. The EDGE does not transmit the tabulated results from the precinct to the EMS server, since it does not have a modem capability.
Broward

Honestly, and it is not meant in a racist connotation. Do these people, who have been given a position of leadership, to show their integrity, and simply do the right thing, understand their responsibility to be above reproach, for this country and for their race, when protecting the integrity of the American peoples vote? They have been entrusted with something of great value and they have spit on it. This is why sadly, some blacks are not ready to be in a position of authority.
With great power comes great responsibility. Spider-Man
Yes, Jailed indeed.
Possibly true, as far as that demand goes.
If it is ignored? Then there is another action that should take place.
>>Stupidity is the one crime which is punished everywhere in the universe, and the sentence is subject to neither appeal nor judicial review.<<
Undeniably true, and Scott, DeSantis, and the entire Republican Party in Florida are guilty of that crime for not anticipating that the rats would attempt to steal the election wherever they had the opportunity.
Yes, the media is hiding the puck.
The judge should have hit Snipes with a massive fine with instructions that the fine $$ would increase for each hour she was late on new deadline.
Yes, decertify the election results. No do over.
Completely remove the fraudulent count from the State return numbers.
