Any slight misstatement could be called a lie, and prosecuted as a felony. As we saw with General Flynn, the FBI Agent writes up his side of what was said (Form 302), and that is just accepted as fact.

These guys are looking for something to push trump over the edge. Part of it is Acosta’s antics at the presser. It is full court press on DJT. The next shoe would be to indict Don Jr. on some BS crime and have Trump fire Mueller on the spot, just to give the dems some inertia to claim a massacre redo albeit he has the authority to fire the sob.
