POTUS isn’t doing jack about this.He knows that it's futile and would only play into what Biden said about him not accepting the outcomes. There are enough uncounted ballots in Broward to change the election for both senate and governor.
Likewise, the same thing will happen in AZ and probably MS in that runoff. He'll end up with the same number of R senators as before...not even a +1 gain.

The most likely reason he didn’t remove her is he feared she’d play the race card on him.Then Scott had a choice to make. He could let her "play the race card", or let her manufacture enough fraudulent votes to torpedo his career. He chose...poorly.
