Yes, because the felonies should be handled by the authorities. I am talking about a call to citizens to do what they do best, act when the government seems paralyzed to act or acts illegally with impunity. Right now, Scott is doing what he can do within established law which is to seize the ballots and go to court for injunctive relief.
