“Why didn't she go to jail in 2016...”

Er...because she wasn't convicted until April, 2018? And I don't think she has been sentenced yet, either; or maybe I'm wrong and the court treated it as a minor misdemeanor. In any case, these things take time to go through the legal system.

You know that really shouldn’t matter. No way should she be involved with any election after 2016.

Thanks, I wasn't aware she was convicted in April 2018.

I realize these things take time, but... she was convicted in April 2018, yet STILL not sentenced as of November 2018? And she's still allowed to oversee ballot-counting in Broward? How is this allowed??
