The suit, filed in Broward County Circuit Court

He needs an injunction so that law enforcement can legally go in there. I don't think he'll get one from that court - if he has even asked for one. The story says nothing about an injunction. I guess a Federal Court doesn't have jurisdiction in a matter like this, unfortunately.

It’s a federal election, so the feds have jurisdiction as well.

But it’s a federal election, a US Senator. Doesn’t that give Feds jurisdiction?

From Santa Monica Observer

“While the Nation is preoccupied with the appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, it appears there will soon be another vacancy on the US Supreme Court

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has had a re-occurrence of malignant melanoma, she has told her law clerks. Ginsburg was treated in 1999 for colon cancer and had surgery in 2009 for pancreatic cancer.”

I think they would have jurisdiction, considering that this is a federal election, due to Cheatin’ Bill Nelson.
