Really, shut up. PG&E has been announcing power outages or tentative power outages through this area for about 3 weeks. This is the time of year when the weather changes. It is still bone dry and stuff winds start to kick up. Power lines downed by the wind are a high danger... thus PG&E is experimenting with shutting off power in areas expected to be affected. My friends brother in law lost his house and it sounds like (unconfirmed) that his niece was killed when the fire engulfed her house.
Lunatic ravings are not helpful at a time like this.
