Since stepping into his new role on Wednesday, Whitaker has faced questions — principally from Democrats — about whether he should recuse from the Russia investigation, given that he has written opinion pieces in the past about the investigation, and is a friend and political ally of a witness.

Apparently prosecutors aren’t supposed to have opinions on cases.
How? He has no control over House committees.
Republicans aren’t supposed to express opinions. Democrats chasing after Republicans are a different story.
There is no valid reason as to why he should have to recuse. On the other hand, Rosenstein and Mueller...

Well now, that sounds like solid logic to me!
And he should certainly recuse himself, as soon as every single Congressional Dem who's ever publicly said anything negative about Trump, similarly recuses themselves from all House / Senate investigations into Trump or anyone else in his administration.

He can just refuse to provide them with anything as rosenweasel did to the Republicans.
That would make his departure date tomorrow, Friday.

I believe the washington pest should recuse from publishing. It is a waste of both innocent trees and computer bytes.
Every time he goes to the White House stories come out that he is getting fired. I don’t get it. He is the epicenter of corruption.
