People who have pancreatic cancer....typically don’t live more than ten years after their treatment, and that’s the folks with great health and stamina. So no shock.

I personally think that Justice Thomas has a date circled on his calendar for summer 2019 to go and have coffee with President Trump and announce his retirement. To have both seats in some filling action and both go to Conservatives, would give the President a massive ‘trump-card’. He could go and dictate he wants every single empty judge position filled in 30 days or he’ll go for a conservative-filler on Ginsburg’s seat.

I’m thinking. Justice Thomas has richly earned retirement and should do so at the end of this term. There’s no requirement to stay in the court until they carry you out feet first
