If she is not present when the cases are argued before the SC, will she recuse herself from the decisions?
I wish her a speedy recovery but it is really time for her to retire.
Exactly what happened to my mother. She fell on the stairs and broke her wrist, which started a steady downward spiral the next year or two.

News report came on this morning with “and now, breaking news about Supreme Court Justice Ginsberg...” and I got all excited. I wonder if she got to “keep her doctor” and “keep her plan”.

she had the rare kind that can be cured if caught early, and it was accidentally noticed during colon surgery ... that was all back in 2009 ... all well documented in several places ...

We are watching my husband’s 92 year old mother go thru this now...fell, broke hip....it was “repaired”...went to rehab...back to assisted living...fell, hurt shoulder, but really it’s likely her knee was the problem....she now loves her wheelchair.
