The rule to not end sentences with a preposition is arbitrary, not logical. I don’t follow it because I don’t like it from an aesthetic perspective.
Simply knowing the rule exists doesn’t really mean very much, while following it strictly simply means either you like the rule, or you probably don’t think for yourself. That’s the way I see it.
