And he knows the Senate will do what with it?? He knows the Senate will not convict. So, then why will he do it? Because he is stupid and obsessed and willing to take his defeat at the Senate under the idiotic idea it will keep Trump and the GOP on defense for two years. Instead the result is more likely to be public outrage aginst the the Dims like the Dims got over the Kavanaugh fiasco, times ten.

I think they are setting up the claim of ‘selective political targeting’ in advance of their own indictments.
I have to believe the patriotic legislators knew exactly how this would play out and have war gamed effective retaliation. Trump even told them that prosecution for leaking (and only the perps themselves know what else)is on the table.
These pissants are not going to take down Trump. Not now, not in 2020 and not ever.
