All he really did was explain about the ballots and how they contact people regarding signature discrepancies.
He said they will continue to count ballots.
I tuned in a little late but that’s what I heard.
Fontes said a judge denied a request to stop counting ballots (provisional, I believe). Another hearing tomorrow.

There’s a signature check and you provide your phone number in case of any questions about the ballot.
I guess there’s a state law that says they have to verify the signature on the ballot on election day and no later. Well Maricopa County had two hundred thousand and some mail in ballots dropped off by voters at polls that day. How could you verify them all? I also heard that some County Recorders have already said they just do whatever what they want and that is what the lawsuit is about.
