Some liberal judge will surely overturn this which will send it directly to the Supreme Court which will then overturn federal abortion and make it a states rights issue.

It was the 1973 Supreme Court that got us into this whole mess. It was forced on us by the Court. The Court is gonna have to end up cleaning it all up.

Since the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly address abortion issues, this voter referendum is based on the constitutionally unchecked 10th Amendment-protected power of the people imo.
