In my county we have electronic voting machines where the voter selects English or Spanish. Election officials wouldn’t know if someone wanted a Spanish ballot unless the voter asked for personalized help with the voting machine.

My company has all the stupid EEOC posters in the break room that no one reads. They are all printed in Spanish. Why would we hire someone who doesn’t speak the language of the land?
