To be fair the House passed a lot of good bills that died in the Senate, like repeal and replace Obamacare. Thank John McCain for that one. And the Democrats picked a lot of good local candidates, in the sense that they matched their districts. Lots of ex-military, moderate sounding people in suburban districts. Republicans need to find good people to run against them in 2020.
That repeal bill was a turd to begin with. All because of Ryan’s week leadership.
They also increased the budget, year after year. Under Bush, Obama, and Trump. Now they are gonna play cut spending??
