No, it is not suspicious. I have been on the Texas Secretary of State website all evening. The early votes that first came in were from Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, strong Democratic areas.

I was keeping tabs on Dallas' ABC affiliate WFAA's web site and Beto did have the lead for a while as the votes were coming in. But Cruz took the lead and it keeps growing.
