Did Dave Brat in Virginia win or lose?

It’s going to be decided by Genito precinct which they haven’t reported yet from Chesterfield county and all the absentees...the Dem leads by about 1500 or so last count. Probably going to be a recount.
Also, Chesterfield had reported brat at 1457 and the Dem at 1456 in the Cosby precinct...then they took the results back down. North Midlo went 1400 for Brat and 1000 for the Dem. For the entire CD7 it’s like 161500 for Brat and 163900 for the Dem with absentee votes in Henrico and Chesterfield still to be counted. This vote won’t be decided tonight. All the rural counties went mostly for Bratt. Chesterfield went very Blue this time.
