‘America’s Mayor’ Rudy Giuliani slams ‘failed Mayor’ Andrew Gillum

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani bolstered the gubernatorial campaign of Ron DeSantis on Sunday in Daytona.

“America’s Mayor,” who was in prime form at his first stop for the campaign, was most quotable when bashing Democratic candidate Andrew Gillum.

Calling Gillum a “socialist” and a “failed mayor running for governor,” Giuliani said the election would be a ten-point spread “if the media covered it fairly.”

“How about just fair coverage? How about the good things Ron DeSantis might have done … instead of the one or two things he might have done wrong, I don’t know what they are,” Giuliani said.

“Don’t try to fool us with a failed Mayor … with an anti-Israel, anti-law enforcement mayor,” Giuliani said (seemingly rhetorically) to the Democratic Party.

Giuliani wondered how “the guy who set the record for the most murders [in the history of Tallahassee] has the balls to run for anything else.”

Gillum is sooooo unqualified to be Governor or the mayor of a major city, it's not even funny.

He's a graduate of FAMU, which boasts SAT entrance scores (Reading and Writing 460-550, Math 440-530.) Literally half of that required for Yale. Gillum launched his political career while still and undergrad at FAMU. He's never done anything but politics.

Ron DeSantis worked his way through Yale and is a Harvard Law graduate. U.S. Navy JAG officer. He's been both a federal and military prosecutor. He was elected to Florida's 6th congressional district-Jacksonville.

They are literally light years apart and it is extremely distressing that Floridians would have voted for him to be become Mayor of Tallahassee and now consider the corrupt grifter qualified to be Florida's Governor.

Larry says info suggests white woman are voting for Scott (Senate) and Gillum (Gov) because he has charisma and it signals their virtue (or lack thereof) in voting for him.

And I hope Giuliani speaks up when L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti runs for President.

Tallahassee has a weak mayor system. A city manager runs the city.

SAT scores only go to 800 or a total of 1600 so the Yale scores cannot be twice that of Florida Atlantic. The former has avg scores of 700&1400 or so.

Perhaps we should push for a constitutional amendment requiring SAT of at least 600 to run for any federal office, and at least 500 to vote.

It’s not FAU. Florida Atlantic U.

It’s FAMU. A historically black university in Tallahassee whose entrance scores have always been in the bottom 25th percentile. If you can sign your name, your admitted.

Oh, sigh, the Rudy bashers are back.

Who else but Giuliani has the balls to wonder how “the guy who set the record for the most murders [in the history of Tallahassee] has the balls to run for anything else.”

"How about the good things Ron DeSantis might have done … instead of the one or two things he might have done wrong, I don’t know what they are,” Giuliani said."

The implied "Rudy, just stop" facepalm.

Giuliani gave an awesome rip roaring speech for Ron DeSantis in Boca Raton.

He nailed Gillum multiple times.
