Ah, thanks. A little more research turned up for me the info,. that it is specifically a 757-200, USAF variant C32A. Apparently there are also 2 C32B’s used by the State Dept.

Are these VIP versions the only ones with the upturned wingtips? That’s what had me puzzled...

This plane does make sense for smaller runways. Like that narrow one @ Murphysboro!
