the government has knowingly violated the plaintiffs' rights to a "safe" climate

No such right exists, or has ever existed.

Just some slime ball commie front group, using kiddies this time, to advance their global governance agenda.

The kids of course have clue what they're doing.

The world has gone crazy in many ways. And this is one way. To think that you can sue over global warming is patently absurd. Yet here we are, and we will see a lawsuit over this issue.

Not a single word in the article about countervailing effects.

There is every reason to believe what "climate change" there is can be as beneficial, or more beneficial than it is detrimental.

It is impossible to know for certain.

This is a charade.

The Court is being asked to determine, and enforce, something that cannot be known. They cannot even set an optimum temperature for the planet!

So when the Maunder Minimum materializes in the next couple years, we should be able to SUE every Global Warming Cultist in to Bankruptcy for causing an Ice Age right??

It gets worse.

Law enforcement climate schemers get exposed by TV ads Anthony Watts / 4 days ago October 31, 2018 “LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR RENT”: GAO RELEASES 5 TV ADS RE: MERCENARY BLOOMBERG/AGs CLIMATE SCHEME

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2018/10/31/law-enforcement-climate-schemers-get-exposed-by-tv-ads/

(Washington, DC) Climate Litigation Watch, a project of the public interest law firm Government Accountability & Oversight, P.C., has released new television ads running in five states, informing Marylanders, New Mexicans, Oregonians, Pennsylvanians and Virginians of recently unearthed details of their states’ attorneys general involvement in a national scheme to place privately funded special prosecutors in state AG offices to pursue issues of concern to the donor.

By statute, these “Special Assistant Attorneys General” have the same authority as the AG; by agreement, they are expressly to pursue an ideological agenda, using the state’s top law enforcement office in a mercenary fashion, as a tool to investigate individuals, businesses and organizations who oppose that agenda.

There is utterly NO injury the plaintiffs can show they have sustained.

Perhaps the biggest question at stake, observers say, is whether judges can—and should—set climate policy. The plaintiffs think so, calling the courts their “last resort,”

This is a key statement. And this is what liberals use the courts for. They use the courts to compel a certain policy.

Whatever we do about global warming policy, is just that, a policy decision, a legislative decision, and parts can be executive decisions from a president. But there’s no legal violation, no violation of constitutional rights, so there’s no reason for courts to be involved here.

Or I should say, no place for the courts expect for when liberal judges stick their nose into this. In this case, a judge decided there is indeed a role for the courts. So we will have a show trial over global warming in a court of law.

Among other things, what a waste of time and judicial resources to have a court case on global warming.

Yes. We never hear of any good that may come as a result of supposed man-made climate change. It’s all gloom and doom.

So much attention has been focused on the assumption that Brett Kavanaugh will provide a bulwark against insanity such as this, that people seem to have forgotten that Roberts is compromised. I believe he’ll be the one to step into Kennedy’s role as the “swing” vote on many critical issues. We have to have at least one more constitution honoring justice.

Oh I think they can convince the judges that brain damage is a very real probability. The trick will be whether pre existing conditions will be allowed in the arguments.

So our system of justice is moving toward:
1) No standing needed
2) Accusations = guilt
3) Exculpatory evidence doesn’t negate a warrant (as in the FISA courts)
