Rabbi Jeffrey Myers of the Pittsburgh synagogue targeted in an anti-Semitic attack that left 11 people dead told CNN Thursday morning that he was pleasantly surprised by President Trumps visit Tuesday because he was able to witness the warm and personal side of the president that the rest of America often misses out on.
The president was very warm, very consoling, Rabbi Myers told New Day anchor Alisyn Camerota.
He put his hand on my shoulder and the first question he asked me was, rabbi, tell me how are you doing? And I must say, throughout the time we spent together, I was pleasantly surprised by a warm and personal side to the president that I dont think America has ever seen, he said.

Myers just made himself a target by telling the truth about our President.
When something like this happens it should make no difference who the President is.
Did anyone notice that at yesterday’s Rally POTUS Trump said he “represented the Presidency” in visiting the Victims?
It isn’t about him and he made sure to mention is wasn’t about him, but the Media still fanned the flames.
Isn’t it interesting that if Trump shows up, the ‘news’ will accuse him of being a distraction, making it all about him, using it for a political opportunity to pretend to care, and not allowing anyone to mourn; however if he doesn’t show up he will then be accused of being anti-semitic, and uncaring.
Damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.
You’re both dead on the mark.
The majority of the media hate President Trump and will find a way to criticize and denigrate him no matter how he handles an issue.
That’s the spin. Hitler was kind to his dog, sometimes tender to Eva, before their double suicide.
True story. My co-worker way back when had a friend who once encountered Trump and a female in their limo, which had a flat. The poor chauffeur couldn’t manage to change the flat tire all by himself. So the friend stopped and helped the chauffeur to change the flat, and in short order the limo was ready to go. Trump rolled down the window and thanked the friend graciously, and asked what he could do for him in gratitude. The friend demurred, but Trump insisted. So he said, “send my wife a nice bouquet of flowers”. Trump asked for his address and he gave it. When he got home, there was a gigantic floral arrangement waiting for him in the hall, together with a note saying, “we paid off your mortgage.” True story.
Well said.. Thanks for posting. That puts a nice ribbon on it. I have to say recognizing Jerusalem and getting pastor Brunson out made me consider God working. I wish this would show up in domestic policies.
