My husband has wondered for years why they haven’t aired any ads such as the Willie Horton ad. It was factually correct and was very effective.
I called him into the Quiet Room to watch this ad.
His response? “While someone finally grew a set. This is Willie Horton, updated and better.”
Yippeeeee!

Its their #1 broken record ad nauseum. That and the race card being thrown at us for as long as I can remember. I despise LBJ and his rape of SS. Had it been left alone all that $$$$ belonged to those who put into it, and even tho, many died before they collected, it was still the property of the program, not the Governments to help themselves to it for other purposes.
