So the guy sending “potentially explosive devices”: has there been anything out suggesting they were intended to actually explode? I’ve been busy the last few days.

Nothing new on the devices.
Of course they weren’t intended to explode.
But Chris Wray of the FBI just had to pretend that they were ever so slightly less than a full fledged bomb that they were “potentially dangerous”.
Common sense says, either it’s a bomb or it’s not one, regardless of all the bells and whistles attached to its potentially dangerous substances...
