Really? Without Googling, what part says that? I've heard it dozens of times, but guess I never paid attention thinking it was the weakest military cadence hymn. Yet I could pretty much recite the Marine Corps hymn lyrics, maybe even much of the Army's hymn lyrics. Also, know the first to the Air Force.

I didn’t serve, but am “honorary crewmember” of Sargo-SSN 583. At the first reunion someone told me “You can drink like a Bubblehead!” I’m still not sure if that was meant to be a compliment or an admonishment to seek help.
