Yes, it would take a Blue Wave to win all of those seats, and there is no ‘blue wave’ coming. There may be even a Red Wave, especially if Blacks vote GOP this year in higher numbers.
There’s zero evidence of blacks increasing GOP support. It’s possibke they may sit out.
