Necco was a candy company dating back to the 1840s that started in New England. We had them on the East coast even below the Mason Dixon line. They acquired and manufactured a lot of different brands besides their famous Necco wafers, that were sold in assorted or the rare all-chocolate packs. The brand just discontinued earlier this year; but it may be bought by another company. They are great movie theater candy because you can suck on them slowly and not make noise or break your teeth.
