true, but it has grown over that time, and is now is at its highest point yet. I suspect it will get worse. The left has traded in class for race. They see whites as the privileged haves, and deserving of retribution by the have-nots, that they have supposedly cheated.

Up to a point; they detest and mock any whites who are in the bottom half of the social hierarchy. The attitude seems to be, "If you are white and still couldn't make it, screw you, you undeserving moron. We'll bring in more immigrants to further shame you and show you how repulsive and worthless you are. Your day is over! Ha ha!"

They willfully ignore reality, I am old enough to remember REAL white privilege and it is long, long gone. I live in the “cradle of the confederacy” and many of the biggest, finest dwellings in this area belong to black people, this state has a black REPUBLICAN senator and in this part of the state black people are doing very well indeed, if they WANT to do well. Some, just as some whites, don’t want to make an effort but any preference or privilege that may exist goes to NON-whites regardless of what some may believe. “White privilege” is a fantasy. The Sons of the Confederacy, a club for which I qualify but have not joined, are outcasts in the land of their forefathers.
