Leprosy is treatable with antibiotics. The World Health Organization provides the antibiotics free.

Leishmaniasis (also known as White Leprosy) is not curable and is transported by sandflys that bite infected mammals. It’s spreading from Central America via mass migration. Usually though pets being brought by migrants. It can be stopped by a very painful and nasty procedure, but, all this does is weaken the disease until your body can fight it off.
