I agree, the judiciary will let them out. This is an awful statement; they need to be stopped NOW in Southern Mexico by any means necessary. If they get in they will stay and millions more will come to collapse the US.
The way I understand it the loop hole was "there was no place to hold them" so they were released. Trump is closing the loop hole.
