The tents are to work within the law. When a person seeks “asylum,” by law the US has to process them... this I believe is why the tents are being set up. Don’t let them “in” the country to freely roam and remain. Process them - and then remove those who are fraudulently entering under “asylum” requests.
who told you that? The US, in third position, does not have to process those who intentionally pass through and refuse a second country's asylum offer. First available safe country is just that. And unless the UN and the messican government wants to declare Messico a failed state, they are and remain the first available safe country.
We don’t currently have enough Immigration Judges to deal with this invasion.
The Libs won’t allow votes on more judges, thereby stalling everything for years.
We need about 7 times the current judges, and those current judges have a massive backlog already.
With the massive backlog, a lack of enough judges & now more invaders, these facts don’t add up.
