Damn hard to launch an EMP weapon when your launch ability has been flattened by U.S. sub-launched ICBM.s BTW, EMP weapons are very limited in their effective range. In any case, Alex Jones’ claims notwithstanding, such a weapon would be blown out of the sky by our defensive missile forces before it even got close.
