Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation is nearing a critical phase - as the looming midterms could clear the way for a final set of twists and turns in the long-running probe.
Key sentencing dates are on the horizon. Mueller's team is widely expected to issue findings soon after the Nov. 6 elections. And the case could yet hold some surprises, given the recent statements of central players.

“There isn’t going to be an interview,” diGenova, who is not an official member of Trump’s legal team, but rather an outside adviser, told Fox News. “I don’t even know if they’re going to answer written questions, which is the latest state of play between the special counsel’s office and the president’s lawyers.”
He predicted: “There aren’t going to be any collusion indictments because there wasn’t any evidence of that—everybody knew that before Mueller was appointed, especially [Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein. He knew it cold.”

When isn't it in a "critical phase?"
I expect that Mueller will indict some important
Trump official just a few days before the midterm election.
Just like that "Special Persecuter" Walsh did in
indicting Casper Weinberger, the former Sec. of Defense
during the Reagan Administration right before the election.
That will keep Mueller's name in the news and keep his
investigation going. Just another Dem play to get
back in power. We've seen this all before. I hope Trump
fires Mueller on Nov. 7th.

After the disastrous Cavanagh plan and the follow up #moronbomber PsyOp and the cultural replacement horde at the doorstep, even opening his mouth or getting his name in the real news by Mueller and his angry Democrat crew just piss the electorate off even more. I think they be they might be matter about trumps harassment for 2 years then they were about Obama handing off the Royal seat to Herself. This could be a red tsunami.

The question, pal, is: Where is Mueller from?
Critical = Political.
Mueller and team are probably preparing two version of the report: one to be released if the Democrats capture the House—a blueprint for impeachment in 2019; the other to be released if they don’t win the House—a laundry list of allegations for use by the 2020 Democratic nominee for President.
If Mueller had anything, anything at all, it would have been the October Surprise. Mueller will beat a hasty retreat underneath the nearest rock if Trump carries the House and increases his majority in the Senate (both more than likely). Sessions and Rosenweasel will get the bum’s rush out of town and the Mueller will probably be looking at serious jail time courtesy of the new special prosecutor.
