Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton during an event over the weekend left the door open to a possible 2020 run, saying that even though she doesn't want to run, "I'd like to be president."
Clinton's comments come as speculation has increased over whether she will launch another bid after the midterm elections.
"Do you want to run again?" Recode’s Kara Swisher asked during a Friday night Q&A with Clinton.
"No," Clinton replied quickly, sparking laughter from the audience. But when Swisher pressed her further, she added: "I’d like to be president."
Clinton went on to say that "there’s going to be so much work to be done" after a Democrat "hopefully" wins the next presidential election.
"The work would be work that I feel very well prepared for having been in the Senate for eight years, having been a diplomat in the State Department," she said, listing off the qualifications that she often touted during her previous run.
She added that she's not going to think about a possible run until after the upcoming midterm elections.

The thing is, Gloria Swanson was 51 when she starred in Sunset Boulevard. Hillary! is 71. A rather old 71 if it comes to it. President Trump is a year older and seems to have 10 times the energy as Felonia. Don’t think she’s ready for her close up.
More than that we dodged what very realistically could have been an Extinction Level Event.

I have been convinced from the moment she lost in 2016 that Hillary intended to run in 2020. Her “winning” the popular vote motivates her. The question is, will Democrats, who have given way to the Clintons for over a generation, simply step aside for her? Furthermore, isn’t the nation simply sick of her bullshit?
Give her a padded room in some nut farm with the words “President of the United Sates” above the door.
Anyone who wants to be President has by definition disqualified themselves for that office.

Great meme poster! I just watched “Sunset Boulevard” for the very first time a few months back. It was a spellbinding story of a washed up actress’ descent into madness. It fits Hitlery to a “T.”

I’d like her to be convicted and incarcerated for her previous crimes, but we can’t all get what we want.
Michelle O’s chances are good if no one digs into the background and past issues. DJT don’t shy from calling out the obvious. A shoo-in, don’t think so. Hillary is a born loser. Marrying Bill proved that. The train on the C’s and O’s left the station in 2016.
