Something else that needs to be said here. Public schools haven't taught children about the Holocaust for a long time. When I was in school in the 1960s, we even saw films showing the horrible things done by the Nazis.

Dating yourself. Public schools these days go over the Holocaust ad nauseam to the point where it is actually encouraging people to doubt that the Holocaust happened as told.

Well now, that's troubling if you have a 'gab' account. It would take police almost no time at all to get a legitimate subpoena together and approved.

Public teacher here. I teach US History now, but used to teach World Geography and Cultures to 6th graders and covered the Holocaust. English teachers in the middle schools I have worked in have had the kids read Holocaust novels. Liberal Reading teacher I work with now is covering it in the spring. The last high school I was at (in St. Louis) read a Holocaust novel as well.

My 8th grade students ask to learn about it even though it is not in my curriculum (which ends at Reconstrucion). But I also live the in West Texas and most if the people I work with and teach are different than much of the rest of the country.

Gab’s new host is now pulling the site effective 9am Monday. It looks like there will be no Gab after that point. The deep state has been laying in wait to pounce on Gab because they cannot control it. So now they are shutting it down.

This is probably how they will shut down FR at some point.

You are correct, it is not taught today, as the intestinal fortitude is lacking on the part of both the instructors and their pupils. I distinctly recall spending several Social Studies periods being shown 5 minute increments of the following film on Nazi concentration camps, and then discussing it in class:
