This goes beyond media bias. It veers into criminal intent. NBC was knowingly pushing a false story with the intent of derailing a Supreme Court appointment.
How about Trump lays a sanction against NBC and pulls their broadcasting license.
Way to go NBC, obviously someone in legal hasn’t read “New York Times v Sullivan” recently. I think Justice Kavanaugh may have hit the jackpot by NBC’s statement. It obviously satisfies the “knowingly, reckless, false” provisions of Sullivan. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving.
