Windows are covered with the stickers; this is illegal & would have gotten him ticketed...
I didn’t think of that but it’s exactly right. I had a cop once hassle me about the placement of my base sticker when I was in the military (cop said it was blocking my view by being in the driver’s side lower corner of my windshield; give me a break, everybody puts it there). Gonna tell me that cops wouldn’t be all over this guy’s vehicle in a New York second? There’s eagle-eyed cops that pride themselves in seeing problems with inspection stickers, including spotting forged ones on moving cars. This guy wouldn’t make it across town.
In Florida, only the front windows must be clear of stickers—excepting the SunPass (E-ZPass-like) sticker.
