The most important election in my lifetime is the one happening now. Every one is more important than the one before.

I believe David is trying to tell us to all stay home.
Going to be tough topping 2016. If Hillary had been elected, future elections would have been pointless.

The most important election in our lifetime was the 2008 Presidential Election, and we failed miserably. That failure on our part to nominate a strong leader and real American to oppose socialism will cost us, our children, and our grandchildren $10T is extra debt, plus a huge leap toward socialism.
The second most important election in our lifetime was the 2012 Presidential Election, where we compounded our failure. Yes, the democrats cheated, but that was no surprise. We had to get our enthusiasm and turnout up to a level where our victory would be outside the margin of fraud. No surprise - both McCain and Romney failed. Fundamentally, that was our failure. We knew better and let the establishment choose anyways.
The 2016 Presidential Election was only the third most important. Fortunately, we had learned from two disastrous errors. We got that one right, and America’s enemies still have not recovered from the shock. As for the 2018 midterms, they are probably the 4th most important. They are essential to keep DC from becoming a bigger circus than it already is, and for keeping Congress in republican hands, but the three most recent presidential elections were far more important.
..... If this election is lost to the Democrat/Socialist/Communist Party then any Conservative Progress that has been accomplished thus far will come to a screeching halt and be totally undone. Then the Nation will begin to reverse it's course back to being dumped over the Socialist Cliff.

Exactly because if you want to keep it relatively peaceful and prosperous you have to stop, at all costs, the Insane Leftists who control the Democrat party from gaining control of any poltical power at any level. As long as POTUS Trump has a Veto Pen the Rats will not get anything they want if they take over the House.
What they are missing is POTUS Trump will not blink when the Rats threaten to shut down the Federal Government to get their way.
He’ll tell them to do it and he will push the Narrative that is all their fault rather than cower like other GOP President’s have done. Ronaldus Magnus let them shut down the Federal Government numerous times and he got many of his Agenda items through the Democrat controlled House.
That being said, the Rats have to actually win the House back. That outcome remains to be seen.
If we let them win, it will be as though 2016 never happened.
So its just as important.
Anyone tells you different does not have your best interest in mind.

This reporter would *love* to convince folks on our side to stay at home. That is not going to happen.
If we’re fortunate, however, perhaps he’ll convince a large group of Democrats to stay home and not participate in early voting or ballot voting.
We need to keep the Trump agenda on track, so it is one of the most important in our lifetimes.
