Why would any actual bomber put the explosive on the outside of the bomb. After all, a bomb is supposed to explode sending particles all over. Won't happen if the explosive is on the outside.

Earlier today CNN themselves sell sent out a tweet that CNN had received the package containing the pipe bomb at their offices, yet now we are hearing that all of the packages were intercepted at the postal processing f center because they couldn't lie anymore about the stamps not being postmarked. Which one is it? False flag.
